Pondo support
Your account.
Your choices.
To request deletion of your Pondo account and associated cloud data, use either option below. There is no fee to request deletion.
From the app
Open Settings → Account security & deletion. Enter your current Pondo password, type DELETE, and choose Request account deletion. Updated beta builds show your pending request and let you cancel it before processing.
This submits a request for review. Your account stays active until it is processed; submitting the request does not immediately erase your songs.
Without the app
Email emmanzt06@gmail.com with subject Pondo account deletion request. Include your Pondo username and account email. You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app.
We must verify account ownership before deleting data. Never email a password, activation file, sign-in token, or payment details. A support request alone does not prove ownership. If you cannot sign in, explain that in your message.
What the request covers
Your Pondo cloud profile, private repertoire and history, drafts, events and setlists, published song list, audience requests, GCash details stored with Pondo, Google identity link and Calendar connection credentials.
Files and exports already stored on your devices are separate. Existing events in your Google Calendar remain under your control; remove the Pondo gigs calendar in Google Calendar if you no longer want it. You can also remove Pondo’s access in your Google Account settings.
Support emails and screenshots already sent to support need to be included in the operator’s deletion review. Infrastructure recovery copies may remain until their retention expires; Cloudflare D1 currently uses a 7-day or 30-day recovery window depending on plan. Deletion must be reapplied if a backup is restored. The operator will explain any applicable retention exception and confirm completion. This page does not promise instant deletion.
Need account recovery instead?
Use Google sign-in if you previously linked it to that Pondo account, or email support for ownership review. A matching name or an unverified email address is not enough to reset an account. Your locally saved repertoire should be backed up before reinstalling or changing devices.
